either motor seized or the more likely is something. work from the bottom remove hose attached to the drum and fish around with a wire or turn the drum by hand.remove plug first trapped in the drum

buy a new machine, to take the lid off there are two torx 20 screws behind covers on either side of the lid at the front, it sounds like either the bearings are u/s or there is something in the drum, you will have to take the complete drum out of the machine b4 you can strip it down.
lid off, front off , drum out, i can do it in under a hour including back together again.
