Mend Diplomat Softline Gas Oven

how can i fix my diplomat softline gas oven?

after setting the clock and switching the oven on, after 10 mins it automatically switches itself off and will not let you switch it back on for a least another 10mins...Arghhhhhh....can anyone please help as i dont have a manual for this oven!!!!!
