Glow-worm Ultimate?

I am writing to you to get more information with regard to problem with my boiler. It was fitted in August 1995. We have had it serviced regularly and it has been working properly until two week ago. The central heating water has been replaced five to six times in past 10 years.

The problem we encounter with the boiler is when starting the hot water or central heating in the early morning and late evening when the boiler has been stop for couple of hours, the boiler does not start or ignite. We have to manually reset the bottom to start. Once it has started, it is working okay. Two weeks ago, when the central heating water was replace, the colour was light red. After inquiring with central heating shop, they say this could be because we use inhabitor solution everytime.

So far following has been done to resolve, change the pump and replace the water. I will be very glad if you could advice me what are the other possibility for the boiler not starting in the morning and late at night.

I will be very be very glad if you could tell me the cause and what can be done. And please tell me how much it would cost if Glow-warm engineer come to repair. I look forward to your reply at your earliest. Thank you,
