How can i fix my hotpoint wma63 washing machine?

remove the drawer and clean it if this does not work look to your filler valve

check the water jet hole above conditioner draw could be blocked with mould/gunge
also check the (siphon tube 2 holes) are clear the last part of the conditioner draw( this bit comes apart )and rinse under the tap till clean reassemble ,job done
