Mend Halstead Quatro Boiler Hot No Ignition Burner

No hot water?

halstead quatro boiler. The problem i have is no hot water. when i turn the hot water tap on the burner does not come on, but if i press the ignition lockout button the burner comes on. The pressure is at 2 bars. What can i do to rectify the problem? I have already had the boiler serviced.
