Mend Snapper SBS465U1G2RB-EM Thats Good Start

thats good start?

I have the model no. now 28vohv, family no. is SBS465U1G2RB-EM . The newer one does have wires on the carb , and I believe the ignition wire and cut-off wires are paired together.I dont really care if I have to jump the solinoid to start it,
