Mend Miele W833 Washing Machine Drain

Miele W833 will not drain?

I have a Miele washing machine model W833 and it has stopped at the drain stage, i have drained it by hand and tried other settings but it does not seem to repond, there is a buzzing noise coming from the front bottom left hand side when it should be draining.
