Mend Hinges Built Door

Where can I obtain replacement hinges?

I have a built in wardrobe. A couple of the door hinges have broken and I need to find identical replacements. The hinges are approx. 25 years old and are set in to the wood of the door and frame into bored recesses. It is difficult to describe the precise design of the hinge but I can email a photograph of it if anyone thinks that they can help.
