Hi, want to try that explanation again ? Sounds like you mean the turntable runs when the door is open. If that is the case the lamp will also be lit. Two things, either the relay controlling this circuit is stuck on, or more likely following a liquid spill in the cavity, the turntable motor is finding a neutral via earth and therefore running on.
