Clean the filters at the bottom of the machine. They may look clean on the outside but internally I've found them clogged and filthy and this has prevented the machine from pumping out the water. Hope this helps?

Remove bottom shelf and all filters. Drain machine with cup, bucket & sponge.

Look in lowest point of sump inside machine - Remove single Torx screw and lift off the cover of the drain pump impeller. Remove debris - tweezers will help.

Impeller should rotate freely with slight magnetic resistance. Reassemble.

It worked for me... Good luck...
