You said remove it from "accessory". This is just a part of your start menu. Navigate to the menu and hit the delete key.
Now, if this is in add/remove programs in control panel, this is totally different.
Do a google search using the following (including quotes):
"yahoo mail" "manually remove" registry "add/remove"
You'll find something there...
Modifying the registry CAN ruin your system, so take your time and do it right. If you don't feel comfortable with it, DON'T do it. Hire a teenager to do it for you. haha
