Ideal Icos HE15 / HE24?

Had a problem where a leak caused a shutdown (possible overheat). Have tried resetting (Mains power off, boiler power off, manual override water + rads on, Mains power on, Boiler on) but no power getting to boiler. I have repressurized the system to 1.7bar. I have just read that i may have to repressurize the header section of the tank.

Any help you could give would be appreciated.
