Mend Worcester 24i Temperature Hot Water

how can I fix my hot water temp. on worcester model 24i?

I have started to experience a fluctuation in the water temp. Sometimes when I try to fill up the all I can get is luke warm or cold water, but at times it is not too bad. Is there something on the setting which need adjusting.
