check if the supply is on. IF the supply is ok, you need to check the solenoid valves,they're the water inlet devices that the water supply hose/hoses are connected to.If you can establish that an electrical supply is being applied the valve/valves are faulty and should be replaced.It's unlikely both valves are faulty.You could try a different programme say "rinse" if water comes in ( cold water) then the hot valve is probably faulty.If no electrical supply can be established ' then the pressure switch could be faulty,that's the circular device with a thin rubber hose attached to it.
