pilot on ok . no hot water, water not fast out of tap?
the pilot light is working ok. water does not come out the hot water tap very fast, cold water tap is fine. there does not seem to be enought hot water going through system to spark up the boiler. it can take up to 15 mins before boiler lights up and hots up the water.
do i need a new boiler or is the water pipe blocked?
