Mend Ravenheat CSI 120 Fault Gas

ravenheat csi 120 low nox?

i have a ravenheat csi120 low nox fault keeps coming up 02 and the gas ignition light yellow flashes the fault code is flue blockage but if i hold reset button when tap is on it stays on until i turn tap off any ideas thanks
