We have a schott ceran. Not sure what model. Accidentally locked. Unlock seems to be via the clock then the key.

I just fixed it by pressing rigth where the lock symbol is during 5-6 seg. ( in my schott model it appears on top of the on /off switch).

hold the lock switch down for 2sec.then push the on switch !! ours is a schott ceram cook top , 4 burner !!

If the CHILD lock is on ([L] on all displays when switched on), then:
1)Hold the on switch for TWO secs min (unit swtiches on) ...then
2) touch AND HOLD the + AND - for AT LEAST 2 secs
3) touch the - button once again
