Mend Packard Bell Laptop After Virus

how do i get my laptop devices back after virus ?

after getting a virus on my laptop i lost all ready installed devices.the laptop came with no disks therefore i cannot reinstall.i have no packard bell components at all only windows xp that was reinstalled

If you are in the UK, Packard-Bell is effectively a DSG (PC World) Own Brand and so I would try www.thetechguys.co.uk for drivers.

BTW. It sounds as though someone has (badly) reinstalled Windows in order to fix a virus problem. If you paid to have this done take it back and get them to fix it as: a) there is no need to reinstall Windows to fix a virus problems and b) they have not done it properly.
