Mend FMTC230A Performance Power Tool

bearing failure on Performance Power Tool angle grinder (FMTC230A)?

The bearing has failed on my performance Power Tool angle grinder (FMTC230A) I have identified it is a 6001Z i.e one side shielded but I can't find a diagram to show me which way the shield faces. I guess it is toward the gearbox not the armature. Can you help?
