steam and water coming from oven ?

my leisure eb10fbx duel fuel oven when using the ovens leaves massive puddles of water on the floor so much so it runs across the floor and if i'm using the hob as well the wall behind is is absolutley soaked with steam it runs down the wall have had someone out and it didnt do it. But everytime i use it i have to cover the floor in tissue. i have checked all clearances and we have actually left more pls can you advise
