Mend Kenmore 110 Washing Machine Water Pump Humming Noise

Kenmore 110 Washing Machine Problem?

Water was left in the washing Machine for 30 days. I tried to pump it out but nothing happened so I used a wet/dry vaccum. Now once the machine is filled it knocks off but doesn't start to agitate. There is a humming noise coming from the machine. Can you help?
