Hi, how I can fix my boiler glow-worm flown30 si?

how I can fix my boiler glow worm flow model 30 si?
My boiler flashes F5 on the panel, no heat and no hot water, I looked for the red switch I could not find it, I wonder what is the problem, please help me to sort out this problem.Thanks

you need to find the reset button which I believe is somewhere around the left top corner. This happened to mine. You need to take the metal undercover off to get to the button. If you have a manual it will show you exactly where it is
