You might be able to buy a service kit call 02083659999 H R P C and they will post one to you,

You can't free these things off properly, as sure as eggs are eggs it will start to leak afterwards...first though, check that its not the electric motor that turns the valve (the powerhead) thats failed. If that is ok, then the entire valve needs to be renewed. Tricky a bit, but you'll get there if you want to give it a go.
