Mend Ferroli 701 Hot Water Works

ferroli 701 hot water temp?

my heating works fine but when we draw hot water for bath it comes out of the tap warm then cold and we have to then boil kettles also when drawing hot water you can hear the boiler clicking on and off quite rapidly would appreciate an answer to this problem please thanks very much.
