Mend Said Software Problem

the repair man said software problem ?

i just turn it off while on the plane when i landed i turn it on it wont open the repairman said ic but later on they found out software problem but he didnt fix it...im so disappointed what should i do?tnx for your time.replies are very much appreciated thnx
