fitted new mixer tap as soon as main turned on it leaks ?

fitted new mixer tap no leaks from joints but water leaks from by on off mixer handle

Not knowing where the leak originates try the following, Make sure all O-rings, washers and kinko/olives are fitted properly. Grub screws NIPPED UP TO HOLD THE SWIVELS IN PLACE.
