If it's from a MK1 Escort it will be from 1968 to 1975 but the valve clearances I gave you before were for the standard Ford camshaft, there is the possibility that a fast road or rally camshaft might of been fitted if so you will need to find the make & type of camshaft and then contact the manufacturer to find the tappet clearance
