Mend Hotpoint Aquarius Dishwasher Problem Solution

Why doesn't the tablet door open?

i have had a hotpoint aquarius dishwasher for about 3 years.the door to release the tablet will not open when it's suposed to,so i was told by a friend to put the tablet on a dish in the dishwasher,this worked for a while but now it doesn't.Is there anything i can do?

Check that you haven't got any tall items at the front of the dishwasher such as dinner plates, these can sometimes prevent the tablet door from opening.
