Mend Worcester 9.24 Combi Heating

worcester 9.24 electronic?

the diversion valve on my worcester 9.24 electronic combi boiler has failed. if i buy a new one, is it simply a case of replacing the valve, or is there more to it than that? or would it be adviseable to let an engineer fix it for me?

you may not need the complete diverter valve kit as there is a service kit available for about a tenner, but let someone who knows what they are doin replace it. they are a pig to work on!
