Have a 4 month old Nextar MA715A-4R player that won't hold a charge. ?
Is there a way to obtain replacement batteries or change the type of battery in the MA715A-4R player since this 4 month old player doesn't want to hold a charge?
I can't return it to the mfg since I no longer have the original sales receipt.
