gainsborough 9.5e shower cutting out?

i have a gainsborough 9.5e shower when i run the shower to heat up the water the neon light on the external power switch goes out but does'nt trip the fuse when i turn the shower off it comes back on i can not figure out why this is happening.

i have the exact same problem mate, i rang up gainsborough and they have sent me a new shower (the guts of it anyway) its not made any difference so i would say its the isolator switch bud thats what im gonna try next as i dont think it will be the fuse cos it doesnt trip out :D hope this helps you
