Mend Mira Sports Max Low Press Button

low flow light comes on my mira sports max shower?

When i press the cool button on my shower the neon on the cool button comes on but no water comes out. i press both other buttons medium and high and the "low flow" neon then comes on. It only come on with these 2 buttons and not when the cool button is pressed. Shower was working 5 minutes before when wife in there (yeah i know shoud have got in together!) but not working now. Shower has been in place for approx 12 months with no problems? Cleaned filter as recommended but still no joy. any other advise please.

i will give it a go. Looks like it may still be under warranty so will try Mira themselves. Appreciate advise and will try that if i get no joy from Mira. i did email them on their website but alas no calls backs.
