Mend Hotpoint WM53 Problem Model Water

What is the problem?

My Hotpoint First Edition 1200 Model WM53 fills with water and washes normally on the appropriate cycle selected but it fails to collect the detergent/rinse aid from the dispenser.
It has recently been moved by a kitchen fitter.

check the holes above the conditioner draw clean out the gunge/mould with old toothbrush also check and clean both the siphon tube holes (does come apart) test by blowing through the hole or running a cold water tap into the hole
some conditioner s are to THICK TO RUN so dilute and try,conditioner WILL last-- --- L O N G E R
