Mend Screen Red Light Flashes

why do i keep getting the word "av1" and the word "smart" on the screen ?

I can be watching a program and the red power light flashes, then the words AV1 and Smart keep popping up on the screen. its so annoying. ive tried everything to get rid of it! Can anyone help??
