How do i fix my problem Brother VX 1020?

my brother vx 1020 will not sew it will not pick up the thread from the bobbin i think part of the hook is missing how do i get a new one

Hello Aileen,
Unless you have broken the hook with a size 20 need le it is unlikely it is broken, more than likely it has gone out of time, I can attach instructions if you email me but this site no longer allows email addresses to be shown but you can get my email address from any answer from page 25 down.
