please advise onmy fridge freezer?

i have a beko frost free fridge freezer just turned four years old...i have no manaual anymore and have tried to locate one on beko website but had no luck....the problem is, the red light has started flashing on and off (im sure its a thermostat sign) and the bit faces you between bottom of fridge and top of freezer when you open both doors (the bit that separates the fridge and freezer )is rather hot, ive turned it off as afraid its gona blow up...help!!!
