Fridge not getting cold?

My fridge in my fridge/freezer seems to have stopped working. the freezer is still freezing but the fridge is +14o, it doesn't sound like the motor is kicking in although the compressor still makes a gargling noise. it's an electrolux enb40400x any help would be much appreciated!
