Mend DEFY Autodry Good Day Times

Troubleshooting DEFY Autodry timer?

Good day

My DEFY autodryer started to take two times to dry clothes. Now the knob turns frequently to shortens a cycle of 135 min into 5 minutes or less.

What seems to be the problem? There are no obstacles at the vent and I clean the lint filter after every cycle. It was bought last year.
