how can i fix my washing machine servis mod m3112?

Check nothing stuck in drum, like wires from bra's etc that was a problem we had, the servis machine we gave also makes loud cracking sounds when it spins, done this before when it was in warranty, had drum, circuit board, dorr, seal motor replaced all under warranty, lesson learnt? Dont buy servis!!!!
One question we were asked was how often do you use the machine, apparently servis customer service dont reckon the machines are used for heavy domestic usage, think il buy a hotpoint in future, cheap parts and you can fix them yourself.
