murray riding mower will not start ?

murray 12.5HP 40inch cut model# 405004x99x riding mower will not start. I have changed out the ignition switch, solenoid, and seat switch. The only way the mower will start is if i unplug the wires on the right side of the engine and jump the solenoid post with a screw driver
