how can i fix my beko washing machine?

i had it a year and it been great my friend put the wash on and since then it will wash but not empty the water the pipes are clear is it inside the drum and is there anybody based in cheshire who will look at it and how much will it be?

There is a filter at the bottom right behind the plinth.remove the filter and check for blockages.also shine a torch into the filter housing once the filter has been removed and make sure nothing is jamming the drain pump impellor.
