how can i fix my bt freeviewbox?

works fine until it warms up and then the picture flashes on then off then eventually off.

Try getting your BT Freeview box to re-tune all stations.
I had a similar problem with my box - some stations were OK but others would just drop-out despite a strong signal. Re-tuning fixed it for me.
