B38 Sabre strimmer - fuel pipe?

MY HOMELITE STRIMMER PULL STRING CAE OUT ALL THE WAY AND WONT GO BACK

The right side is from the filter bub in the tank which must be checked as these often get clogged with stale oil . the left hand pipr from the carb is to discharge air and fuel from the diaphram

hello i'm french and my english is not very good
but i want help you. I have a sabre b-38

in my sabre the connect is :
the first go to the primming bulb (in the right of this) and he go to the up of the caburetter (near screw for adjust)
the second go in the filtre and is continue in the back of carburetter

i'm realy sorry for my bad english
