how to set up PACE DV3?

Can anyone help please. How do I access the set up menu for a PACE DV3 BSKYB 2600c1. when I connect up the screen displays 'no satellite signal' but the system works ok with a different box. is it possible that the PACE box needs more fine tuning of the dish? Thanks for any help.
