Mend Renault Megan Scenic Start Cold

Renault Megan Scenic - Noisy intermitant start up from cold ?

I have an intermitant noisy start up from cold on my Megan Scenic. I have had the cambelt and alternator belt changed on the car in April'09. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem. I have had a word with the garage, but as usual it never makes this noise when you want it.
