Mend Renault Megane Plate Cold Engine

renault megane ?

my renault megane coupe ('W' 2000 plate) won't start from cold. The engine turns over but it will not fire - it has just been serviced (full service) so it is unexplainable. Not sure if petrol is getting to the engine when it is cold - when it eventually starts there is no problem at all when it is running.
