Hi, undo the screws that secure the top of the machine and slide the top off, if you look down the front of the machine from the top you will see a large jubilee clip securing the seal to the drum, you may have to pull back the seal to see it properly, undo this clip and pull the seal off of the lip on the drum. If you then open the door you will see a square piece of white plastic at the top of the rubber seal this is the outer clip that secures the front of the door seal, carefully insert a small flat blade screwdriver into the edge of the clip and prise it apart, this clip is a bit flimsy so go easy here, the wire clip can then be pulled out of its groove. The door seal can now be pulled out completely. Refitting is the reverse of the removal procedure although it can be a bit fiddly. Also it is most important to remove the mains plug from its socket whenever you remove any cover or panel from any electrical appliance, it may sound obvious but its the safest way
