how can i fix my wsahing machine,make zanussi,model zwf14280w?

E10 is a water fill time out error.check the water is turned on and also check inlet hose isn't kinked.check all the inlet valves around 3-4kohms across the coils and also check that the waste hose isn't pushed to far down the waste pipe.put about 10 to 12" down the waste pipe to allow for an air break and this will stop syphoning issues which also give error 10 codes
