Mend Motocaddy S1 Golf Trolley Motor

Motocaddy S1 Golf trolley?

It appears that the wheels / motor have locked. I have stipped the trolley down, is there a "fault finding" guide to follow. Without buying control unit, gear box etc. which can be expensive.

You can just unplug the main wire from the motor to the control box, if you know anyone with an old type battery with the round plug,just plug that in if it turns you need a new control box.
