How do i turn my pressure bar down on Glow worm boiler as it between 2.5-3.0 bars?

Glow worm ultimate bolier

The pressure in the hot water system seems to have dropped. If we turn on the hot bath tap the shower stops completly also we have loads of air in system. If we loosen the shower pipe the air comes out then the shower works again.
Any ideas please, thanks

Let a small amount of water out of the system, either via the Replief Valve, or out of a radiator vent, (you'll need a container to catch the water if you take it from a rad, taking it from the relief valve is easier, but you run the risk that the valve won't re-seal
